- It was very clean and even smelled clean and fresh not like cleaners . Love how they have all you bathroom items lotion soap shampoo and conditioner!
- The breakfast was good, several choices of food items, coffee was hot and strong.

Cons -
- Nothing.
- Water in the shower was either HOT or COLD. Could not adjust it to make it warm as one would expect. TERRIBLE! Room and bathroom was dirty and very damp. Elevator was broken and they put us one the third floor. When I spoke with the person at checkout they told me they could do nothing because I had booked it through a third party. If anyone is actually reading this and I don’t get some sort of refund, I will never use your service again!
