- The desk clerk allowed us to change rooms at check in from a completely disgusting room to a marginally less discussing room.

- breakfast was cereal 2 kinds and a gallon of milk sitting on countertop bread and one bagel just one

- They charge a $100 cash deposit. We had to leave in a storm to go get cash. Then they couldn?t find our reservation, so we had to wait The TV barely worked, the beds are rock hard, the outlets don?t work, and the water in the bathroom would not get warm.
