- The smell of the room. The broken fixtures,I.e.. bathroom towel rack, window blinds. The construction work that started around 7:20 am.
- Restaurant/bar slow food service
- Some parts of the lobby were really cold, not sure why. Maybe somebody forgot to reset the thermostats. Fitness center was not open 24-hr, as in most other hotels.
