Location was great. I thought the hotel would love real clean since it is a Hilton brand but it looked worn out and wasn’t the cleanest. I didn’t really see any staff except at check in. Breakfast was ok. Not a horrible stay but not the best .

The location is fine. Breakfast is hot and there's a big choice. Better than other hotels offer.
Don't agree to stay close to the lobby. We were sent to room 118 - and it was too loud there. The rooms are not soundproof. We had a feeling that we're staying right in the lobby - so noisy! People are talking on their phones at 3 or 5 am, using elevator and/or pool.

The location was great.
There was hair in bed. The bathroom was filthy. I didn’t even want to shower in that gross shower. Half of the breakfast bar was “not working.” The pool was very small. The staff was unfriendly and looked unkept.

Breakfast was good with serval choices but were out of the fresh fruit both days we were there. The beds were comfortable. Carpets and room were clean. Most staff were friendly. Easy access in and off interstate.
I asked for the senior discount when checking out but informed that it could only be given during check in. Also when checking in said I would be charged extra 25 dollar fee per room incase of damages during our stay which I wasn’t informed about. Said it would take 3-5 days after check out before it is removed.

Staff was great. Room was clean. Hotel was close to attractions.
Same breakfast items all week, they changed up on the weekend. The indoor pool was supposed to be heated, the water was cold so we didn't get to use the pool.

Location was great. Temperature of room was great.
One of the beds did not have a bed bug cover.
