Our room was over sold by a third party site (Booking). When we arrived there was no room available to fit our accommodation party. Hailey at the front desk was very friendly and creative, she tried every idea she could think of and at the end she resolved it for us. The room is very spacious and clean. Overall very nice family friendly hotel.
The corner room is nice but very noisy as it is right in the middle of a bust downtown street. The breakfast concept was not very clear and we didn't quite understand what we were ordering.

Location was good, hotel was clean, friendly & helpful staff
Toilet didn’t flush good had to call maintenance, the A/c unit got the carpet wet maintenance was called and they had to put a fan in the room to dry out the carpet. Had to request housekeeping daily otherwise it’s every other day, continental breakfast not included.

Very nice hotel and excellent location
As we were going to bed a huge spider started descending down the wall. Also the commode would run until we fixed it each time we flushed.

Great location for walking. Rooms were clean and quiet. Rooms were also very spacious. Enjoyed the balcony and the view of the river and AT & T Ballpark.

Great location, friendly staff, large clean rooms, comfortable bed. Bar and indoor pool. Parking garage an added bonus. Very clean, bright and ‘new” looking. Good available on site . Close to the river walk, aquarium, and other walkable options.

Was close to everything! Great location and the balcony was a fantastic bonus. Food for breakfast was great and fresh. Staff was helpful and very kind and professional. There was an outdoor patio with a fire and lights. Perfect hotel for a couples or family stay.
Cars outside were loud at all hours. Being on a main road and downtown it was expected. Parking was on the other side of the building.
