Location and breakfast was great. Easy access to parking

Housekeeping service. We never received clean towels and washcloths. I had finally had to go ask. No one ever came to empty trash nor did we know where it should be taken.Maybe in future relay communication about what is expected and not included in stay

Breakfast was ok if it was available. There was a convention in town and they ran out of breakfast food. When asked to do a light cleaning on the room, they said they were too busy

The staff were helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub were in fairly good condition.

Our room was in such disrepair we had to switch (broken door that wouldn't close, tack strip exposed in the middle of the floor, lamp and outlets broken, huge wet spot on the floor, etc). Check in was supposed to be at 3 but our room wasn't ready until 4:30. There are no stairs accessible from the lobby and only one elevator so the lobby was filled with people waiting on the elevator every time we had to come down. To access stairs you have to exit the building through a side street door, which seems like a hazard as well as inconvenient. The beds were very uncomfortable and the sofa bed was so filthy it was unusable.

Location was perfect for our needs. Next to the convention center, which is where my daughter was competing for cheer.

Room’s refrigerator and microwave didn’t work. Beds are fine and so is the air conditioning.

My kids ages 9, seven, five love the pool! Our room was clean. The bathrooms needed a little touchup when we got there but that¿s it. Check in and check out was easy and quick. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

The staff was accomodating, when our first room had a few small issues, they immediately remedied the issue. Great breakfast. great room - spacious, good layout, very quiet to noise from outside of the room.
