Thr staff was incredibly friendly and our room was nice. The room was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast has plenty of options
If I were to have anything negative to say the pillows were awful thankfully I brought my own The rooms are also a bit noisey from a train or something im not sure but it woke us up a few times.

Convenient location, quiet room. Clean.
We paid for a room with water views, but all you can see was hvacs. You had a glimpse of a sliver of the river. Most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in, it was as hard as a rock and I woke up every hour with either hurting hips or back.It was my first time using booking.com and not a very smooth check-in process. My last name and middle name were squished together morphed into a made up word, which made it very hard for them to find my reservation.

The property is in an excellent location along the river close to the aquarium. It is very quiet and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is an excellent restaurant and beautiful outside patio on-site and easy access to the Riverwalk.
Parking is shared with the restaurant, but we’ve been here twice and have had no issues finding a spot.

Location was great with an outstanding restaurant on site. Large comfy room, comfortable bed, and the pool and spa facilities were great.
Elevator issues... we stayed on the 2nd floor and the down call button for the Elevator stopped working, and only one Elevator was working.

Good location, new facilities with nice clean rooms. Pretty standard hotel breakfast, no complaints. I did really like the restaurant by the river with lots of outdoor seating and the walking path into downtown Chattanooga. Very good for a large group.
Everything was fine. The pool and fitness center are fairly minimal, but that’s not what we were there for.

The location is great! The trail along the riverwalk kept us busy. We walked to shops and restaurants and the Walnut street bridge.
