I was pleasantly surprised as the room was clean, bed was very comfortable and it was quiet.

Cons -

It was 15Â° outside and the room did not have the heater on. It took about an hour to warm it up in there. I had reserved it in advance. It would have been nice if they had turned on the heat in advance.
The staff was rude, the lady behind the counter couldn't understand what I was saying and it was cheap leftover frozen and refrozen breakfast food
The breakfast bar was sparse but I did not stay here for the breakfast.

Nothing really

Very out dated, furniture worn and chipped, same for the bathrooms, very outdated. Place could use a major remodel. Very noisy, could hear the other rooms, all night. Could hear showers going and water running. No staff in sight.
