Pros +
- Loved the friendly check in and check out staff. The breakfast people in the morning were AMAZING! Thank you Melody! It was so clean and inviting everywhere we went. We always pick the Hilton Garden Inn South in Sioux Falls when we spend the night!
- Bed was so very comfortable! The were clean and smelled clean. The French toast for breakfast was amazing!!
- Staff was friendly and helpful. Told an employee going down the elevator about a problem with the remote controlled shades and they were on it quickly. Whirlpool was nice.
Cons -
- We had a King size bed and it was not comfortable at all. This is not normal from [past stays.
- Parking. Not at the fault of the Hilton, some people just took up 2 parking places for a small suv.
- Someone set the night time shades to only go down 1/3 of the way. When we came in late we didn’t know how to reset the shades (no instructions that we could see). Slept the night with significant light coming in. Told an employee in the morning and maintenance came up quickly and reset the shades. Horse was already out of the barn!The cost of a stay was already high compared to some other options and breakfast costing extra seemed over the top.Had trouble getting the coffee maker in the room to work. Maintenance helped with that as well.

Location was convenient and pet friendly.
Hotel is under construction. No hot breakfast and the grab and go bag was filled with things that we are allergic to. And there was a screaming sound both nights, not sure if it was human or mechanical.
