- Two hour wait after check in to get room. Paid for handicap access room, but took regular room because of the wait to clean the room and the fact that we drove 4.5 hour to get to the hotel and had to wait another 2 hours in our car. Frustrating!

The hampton inn n tru were connected. Made it convenient but also confusing. I went to breakfast thinking I was at Tru n was actually at Hampton!
