- room was not ready at check i time. breakfast was 45 minutes late on departure day.
- Breakfast was not impressive. Staff were unpleasant.
- I actually called this hotel before staying there. I was never told that we would be on the 2nd floor w/no elevators. Housekeeping never came in so we had to hunt down clean towels, shampoo, tp. Garbage was not taken out...for 5 nights. Never again!
