Cons -
- The tub had huge cracks in the grouting - broken tiles
- My first room assigned was in a section of the hotel that was under repair and was very unsightly. The walkway to the room was icy and my key did not work. I requested another room. My second one had a wad of hair in the tub drain I had to pull out.
- Phone didn't work, the tub was absolutely disgusting, the room smelled of Marijuana, the door leading outside of my room had a gap that blew ice cold air in, lamp had to be replaced because it didn't work and the woman working nights was rude.
