Location for me. Ease of access and convenient parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice sized room. Rural setting.
The price and cleanliness
The room itself was clean and the staff was good.

Cons -

Our destination was Brookings so not ideal but it worked out great
The stairwell hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Needs updating in general.
The room had an unfresh odor. There were stains on the bedding of one of the queen beds. The air-conditioning unit worked fine, but it was very noisy!! The inside door had stains on it as well. Breakfast choices were very slim. no coffee/bread was out.
