- The staff were wonderful
- The customer service was good !!

- Can?t get in the back door
- The garbage was not taking out ! The tub and the sinks were not cleaned !! I thought was part of housekeeping ! We couldn?t watch tv on the regular station ! So we had to put it on Netflix and the sink had low water pressure and barely came out !
