Cons -
- Room floor was dirty with sand. The outdoor pool and lazy river was too warm. The hotel didn’t provide pool towels. No air conditioning in elevators.
- Nothing at the moment. Me and my family had a wonderful time!!!
- The key pad to get in was not working. Someone came to give us a key almost an hour later. The place was dirty. With hair and dirt on the walls and floor. The tv in one of the rooms was not working, my husband fixed it. Lastly there were a lot of bugs that we had to kill. Looked very outdated.

The layout of the room
Room floor was dirty with sand. The outdoor pool and lazy river was too warm. The hotel didn’t provide pool towels. No air conditioning in elevators.

The key pad to get in was not working. Someone came to give us a key almost an hour later. The place was dirty. With hair and dirt on the walls and floor. The tv in one of the rooms was not working, my husband fixed it. Lastly there were a lot of bugs that we had to kill. Looked very outdated.
