Palace Resort

Room was very nice and comfortable.

Bar was not open during the week while we were there so finding food during the day was challenging.

It was nice and the resort was spacious for my family and I .

The hotel only had 3 elevator and we had to wait like 20-30 minutes each time it had about 30 floors and everyone try’s to get in at the same time . Some of the staff was very rude for the amount of money spent at the place you think they would check in with a smile they are very very rude . One lady I asked for towels she told me she don’t work off the clock , another lady in their restaurant was rude she slide me my money and walked away didn’t thank me or nothing it’s like she didn’t wanna be my server

The room so dirty smell like fish the bathroom even algay mold in the shawer door corner side love cite sofa torn and torn nasty stay . They not gave us the front vew the water I complan but not respond they gave an altitude .

Location was great. We had ocean front room. Room was very nice for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. There was a pool side bar and restaurant. Would definitely stay again in future.

Chlorine levels. Unfortunately we did end up having a bathing suit discolored after exiting one of the hot tubs.You had to pay for parking.

Location was fantastic.

Staff could've been more on top of things. Also we were there all weekend and didn't see anyone cleaning or bringing new towels.

we had to go next door to the Landmark Hotel to check in. stood in line for over an hour waiting to check in then the lady was very ugly with us. at the end of checking in the lady said if you have a problem then tuff you will have to wait until tomorrow to talk to someone over there. once we arrived at our room I had to take the speed off of bed in order to put on the sofa couch for my granddaughter because there were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed, I asked 3 times on Saturday for a blanket then I ended up going down stairs sat evening to ask again and was told house keeping had already for the day. I finally did get a blanket about about 8pm. they do not maintain the front desk all the time so if you need anything your just out of luck. per the Landmark they only check people in nothing else.

The only good thing I say about this property it’s in a great location

This property is very out dated everything is old and the beds are super hard and small. After the first night I complained about the bed because we wake up and our backs were hurting front desk was great about changing out our rooms, but everything room was about the same and we looked at 5 rooms night 2 the hot water ran out while I was in the shower I was done.. I’m never going back here. It was horrible
