Cons -
- Valet admitted to damages on my car and then denied the claim after I left. Housekeeping did not come for 3 days
- Nothing was mentioned about parking. Unless you have a Veterans license tag or a Handicap license tag they charge you $25 a night for parking. This should have been mentioned somewhere while booking the room.
- As soon as I enter the room it smell like dust. After looking at everything, the room need dusting. A cigarette butt was on my balcony. Supposed to be a smoke free hotel. My stay was not good at all. We payed all that money, and our stay was miserable.
