Located at the Northern end of Myrtle Beach, this oceanfront resort offers 3 pools, 2 lazy rivers, and kiddy pool. Guests will be 5 miles from Myrtle Beach Mall and 11 miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport. A small refrigerator is provided in all rooms and suites at the Grande Shores. Select suites include a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and private balcony. Extras include a cable TV, DVD player, and free, unlimited DVD rentals. Grande Shores guests can relax in their choice of 5 hot tubs. Access to free Wi-Fi, a business center, and fitness center are provided. Meeting facilities are available. The Shoreline Café and Lounge serves American cuisine and seafood for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The pool area features a bar and grill. Guests can interact with exotic animals at T.I.G.E.R.S. Preservation Station 6 miles away. The hotel is also 3 miles from Pine Lakes Country Club.

- Friendly staff. Very clean. Location.
- Ocean front. Although you put us on the 2nd floor directly in front of the pool. No privacy really. Location to restaurants was good.
- Location and staff were great
Cons -
- The hallways were a bad first impression. Not in good condition. The room was small. No straight back chair & table. One low table of no use. We ate on our beds. My back was in a knot. The chaise lounges at the pool were uncomfortable. NO MICROWAVE.
