Hotel employee at the front desk is fantastic- friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Very clean, lovely room with super comfortable beds - room had a Japanese kind of vibe - calming and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was amazing - lots to choose from! Nicest hotel we?ve ever stayed at - hands down. Would definitely go back again.

Cons -

Sink leak in first room
The desk clerk was having trouble with this reservation and charged my credit card an additional higher fee, which I had to wait approximately 9 days for it to drop off my card.
Just one attendance at front desk was rude once.
