- Very dissatisfied. Room needed maintenance and cleaning. There was strands of hair on clean (?) pillowcase, slow running drain, loose towel rack, and a picture hanging crookedly in the wall with the four cardboard corner protectors still on it!
- No coffee maker in the room.....no information on the TV
- didn't look like pics. not nice and not very clean
