Located 7 minutes' walk from Coligny Beach, this resort-style Hilton Head Island Holiday Inn Express is surrounded by 3 lagoons. - totally waste.. too noise air-conditioner and shower is not proper working and could not locate the reception easily. Break fast is very less item and not clean and o attend to ask anything. I never seen like this hotel in overall
- Doors always slammed shut making a lot of noise whether going in or going out. Though still functional, there was a fair amount of rust in the room. A couple drawers were dirty.
- The fact that I wasn?t told about construction to our building and right out of our window was the construction site. The bed was broke had to have maintenance come fix it. They charged my card twice for a room paid in advanced and I had to keep calling.
