- The Staff, King, guest services was very polite and professional. Hotel employee was extremely polite and welcoming. Any questions were answered immediately.

- This hotel is over priced and they know. This hotel is the only one in town that you would expect a good experience, it was not...if anything it was average C- I never paid this much for a hotel in my 26 yrs of being on the road.

- The heating system came on about 2:45 AM and you couldn't turn it off nor cool the room. Had to call the front desk to come to room to cut it off. Room was too warm and had to open the door to cool room off. Bath tub wasn't cleaned.
