- The office staff was very professional friendly helpful and courteous

Cons -
- The hotel room was so bad that after entering it we went back to the front desk and cancelled our stay. The room was old and dirty, the mattress was torn in multiple locations, the sheets had dried blood on them and the comforter had cigarette burns
- Sketchy neighborhood. Room needed a good cleaning. Homeless people staying in courtyard. No internet. This was listed in a filter with 3-4 stars which it definitely was not.
- They didn?t have no face rags and no bags for clothes
