- Pet friendly
- The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my big family. We arrived at 2 AM tired from driving over 18 hours with three toddlers and a service dog, once we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and love. I will stay again due to the staff.
- Hotel staff was awesome very friendly and outgoing
Cons -
- Staff the day we got there was rude . Had to wait because we got there early - but even at 3 , room still wasn?t tea . Staff finally found a room , but she acted like she was doing us a favor!
- I think your breakfast offering was a little weak although the chef was awesome. She was totally cool.
- The lobby and the elevators needed to be vacuumed, and the elevators need to be wiped down. There were handprints and foot prints on the elevator walls. The bathtub in my room did not drain properly. I did not like standing in water when I took a shower.
