The staff is very friendly. The pool is small and too cold but it was a fun little activity for my kids. The breakfast is decent. Beds are comfy. Rooms and halls are clean. Rooms are big.
Its in an awful location. They let the homeless and sex workers over run that place. At night the lobby is full of homeless. And during the day the homeless are in and out. We went to smoke a cigarette at 3am and sex workers and homeless where all in the first floor and parking lot. Its a nice deed to let the homeless use the facility. But I was there with kids. And very uncomfortable with the environment the staff allowed.

The property and hotel were very clean. The staff were very polite and also had good customer service.
One of the rooms I I have purchased the TV cable did not work because they didn’t have good Internet service.

I really liked the staff extremely nice and polite! The lady I think her name was Osha working the kitchen was very nice she went over and beyond for my daughter and her friends!! Very nice place to stay!

Front desk staff were friendly. Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The phone in our room didn't work. I tried to call the front desk and had to use my cell phone. The room above us must have had kids because ot sounded like running back and forth across the room for about 2 hours. I called the desk because it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling, and this was after 9:00pm. It was not the hotel's fault, but it was an inconvenience to have to get my cell phone out and look up the phone number to call for assistance.

The staff are amazing and helpful, would definitely stay here again because the staff made it so welcoming. The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable!
Wish the water pressure was better but other than that everything else was outstanding!
