- Super clean and great staff
- It had some modern effects yet was resonably priced
- Nothing. The theft negated everything which is the reason for the poor rating. Someone also gained entry inside of my vehicle as well which is so sad. I never expected that to occur at that particular hotel. I won't book there ever again.
Cons -
- could use some updating
- I do not like the fact that my items were stolen out of my room when I returned. I reported it to no avail. No call back whatsoever. Disappointed.
- There are no microwaves in the room, we had go to the lobby (from 3rd floor) to use the lobby microwave. The blinds were electric and broken so I had no natural light & couldn't admire my Lake view. The 1 elevator that works smelled bad.
