- Customer service was great
- Within walking distance to some great food options. Felt safe.
- Location, beds were comfy, lady at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Quiet hotel which was nice.
Cons -
- No
- The air conditioning was horrible! 96 degrees outside, and the room temp on our thermometer app read 89 after 8 hours, so we could not sleep! Spiders and spider webs in corners, and the door did not seal, we could see daylight all the way around it.
- The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Seems they do not know they are in the customer service business.
