The comfort of the beds and cleanliness of room. The late checkout time.
This was my 5th time staying at this Marriott and I didn't care for the loud music outside of the hotel (an event) up until 9pm. I was in bed early and didn't get to sleep until after 9pm. That was the first time I was a bit unhappy but was fine when able to go to sleep.

The location is wonderful. When things went wrong the staff did a good job of fixing mistakes and issues.
The rooms are in disrepair. We were given the wrong card for parking and had to pay to enter and leave each time until the issue was resolved. The hotel removed our parking charge to accommodate.

Check-in was pleasant. Customer Service was friendly and the environment was very welcoming. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Best sleep I've had in a long time. The complementary breakfast was delicious; buffet style.
