The location was great.
The AC in the room could not be adjusted & was pretty warm. When the shower was running there was a terrible noise that sounded like someone using a machine to break up concrete. The vault bar was closed & that was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. It being closed was not shared with us until I checked in which was disappointing.

Very nice hotel with restaurant within the hotel and other options nearby. Able to valet park in front of hotel. Hotel was close to downtown, Capitol building and University and was walkable to these locations. Quiet area, one of the nicer hotels I visited. Highly recommended.

The Sheraton was the only part of Columbia SC that would make us want to come back. Excellent hotel!!
The only thing that was below par was the rooftop bar staff. They were rude and rowdy and didn’t even attempt to serve you.

The historic building is beautiful and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and nice. The location is perfect! The downtown area is beautiful and there are many places to shop and eat within walking distance of the hotel.

The bed was amazingly comfortable and slept well. The hotel is perfectly located close to several restaurants.
The view from my 14th floor window was facing directly to the hotel next to us. The rooftop bar did not match with the picture on the site. I was supposed to get lounge access from my floor but that wasn’t the case.
