The friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff. Meagan was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assure she got down to the bottom of why there was an additional charge to my credit card. She made sure it was refunded before I even arrived at the property.

Clean rooms, decent facilities, quiet surroundings.
Nothing that I can thing of. My hubby hated the way many of the doors opened in the rooms. Ex: the shower door which opened in to the bathroom, you had to squeeze to close!

It's clean/quiet, convenient to stores, and it's definitely in an excellent location. This is my favorite place of choice anytime that I come to Columbia SC.

Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms

The hotel was very nice comfortable and the breakfast was awesome
What I didn't like was most Residence Inn I have stayed in the past always have no railing around the bottom of bed that makes it's more convenient to use the Hoyer lift for my handicap husband, this particular one had the railing around the bed that was the only thing that didn't work so well with us.

Great place to stay with the family. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was hands down the best I¿ve ever had a a hotel.
