Great Hotel!!
Arrived at Hotel at 2:30 did not have a room ready till 6:30!! Very disappointed and staff was not helpful!

Excellent location! Walking distance to everything downtown! Great city view and sunset at night!
Only drawback I had personally was all the pillows were thick making it a bit uncomfortable for someone who likes a thinner pillow. Other than that, it was an excellent choice for us!

The property was clean. Also convenient parking garage. Gentleman parking the cars was very kind.
Room was not available to check in until 45 minutes after check in. Our room keys did not work so we had to get them re keyed. Several front desk associates were rude. Hot water did not work in bathroom sink in our room, and the air conditioning was not working properly.

The location was great and the price as well. The room was clean but I did find a bag of goldfish lodged between the bed and the wall which is something easily missed.
The shower was spraying water everywhere and I had to fight with the shower curtain for it to stay closed but the floor still ended up getting soaked. Then the tub drained out slow I was standing in a puddle of water by the end of my shower. A few hours before checkout something bit me on the neck 3 times, while laying in the bed. I went to the front desk to share my complaints and was asked if I wanted house keeping to come check for signs of bed bugs but I had already checked myself. I wasn't offered to speak with a manager or any compensation for my complaints not even extra points.

The location close to the arena and restaurants was great. The beds were very comfortable. The staff members were friendly and helpful.
The bathroom needed some repairs and updating.
