- Location! Easy to walk to everything.
- Everything was great! The employees were all so welcoming and friendly.
- Location to King Street

- Bathroom had a weird smell; wall were thin - could hear neighbor's sneeze, walking, the cleaners in the morning.
- The service was not good.
- Terrible location for hotel right next to drug addicts and street crime. Restaurant dinner was good but breakfast was horrible. Scrambled eggs not good. Bread and rolls stale. Not enough turnover on food items I suspect. Staff was polite though.
