The hotel was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and cool. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was well-maintained and filled with high vibes, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, the combination of great service, a comfortable atmosphere, and a convenient location made this hotel a place we would happily return to and recommend to others.

We truly have no complaints about our stay. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, from the cleanliness and comfort of the property to the friendly and attentive service. Small rooms, a bit soulless

The location was great in relation to close to town. But was in the middle of sketchy neighborhood therefore parking on street was not advisable. The valet was overwhelmed and cars were stuck in entrance or backed up in line out in street. The rooms had no chair. The bedside”lights” seemed to be for aesthetic purposes and not practical purpose like reading in bed. Rooms basically only enough for one person. Check in confusing as no direction when entering lobby as to where to go to even find registration. Overall it was a frustrating experience. More thought seemed to be put in the decorating and “vibe” of the hotel (which looked good) than the actual practical ease of use for guests. Will not use again and will not recommend.

The hotel room was small but beautiful, and the entire property has a modern, stylish vibe. The reception on the sixth floor was an interesting touch, and that’s also where you’ll find a cozy bar serving drinks and snacks. The social area was fantastic, with plenty of table games, a beautiful terrace, and a family-friendly atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the live DJ playing music the night we arrived. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained. Everyone working there was extremely kind and accommodating. Parking outside the property was convenient and free, though they had mentioned it could be tricky to find—luckily, we had no issues. Overall, it was a great experience for us!

We love this hotel. It's perhaps one of the best hotels we have stayed at. We are repeat customers whenever we come into Charleston, SC.

I liked the location close to the downtown areas

it wasn't walking distance to main downtown areas, still needed to take a uber to get downtown district, rooms are small/tight

Very clean, modern hotel which has great facilities. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and our room was a suitable base for us to explore Charleston.

Like a lot of reviews, the location isn’t the best. We used Uber for the evenings. $35 per day for valet parking also didn’t seem good value for money when there is onsite street parking in the same place.

Nice, beautiful and clean hotel.

No laundry facilities at all. No breakfast buffet. This hotel is meant to stay in for a weekend, not for weeks. 35 $ for parking per day.
