- Roaches, dried egg on the wall, door did not close all the way, hotel staff rude, service dog being charged a fee being told no federal law protects that. Refusing to refund based on service dog refusal.
- I have a service dog with paperwork and was told there is no federal law about it and would have to pay the fee. Our room had roaches, had eggs that were smashed on the wall. Chair was torn apart nothing was clean. Door had been kicked in,
