- They made you feel very welcome we are very happy how they treat our 2 dogs who we travel with.
- Room was clean.
Cons -
- Elevator broken for 2 months. I had to carry my luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Everyone had to use the stairwell. My room was 2 doors down from the stairwell and the door kept slamming over and over again keeping me awake. I had to use ear plugs.

- There was no light on the entrance of the room. you had to walk all the way to the desk to get a light on.There was no light where you unpack your clothes. Very few channels on the tv. Bathroom Wes good except for the bathtub. Very slippery on the bottom

Clean

Room was clean.
Elevator didn't work and had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. Bathroom door would drag and you had to lift up on door to get it opened or closed.
