- Location, ambiance - I'm a frequent return guest at the Dean
- The distance to the convention centre
- Unique rooms, decoration, design. Karaoke bar in the basement. Helpful friendly staff.
Cons -
- Parking One front-office staff person was very unhelpful re: resolving parking issues ("I don;t work for the parking company") Currently restaurant and coffee bar under remodeling - no food for now
- Bedframe is too bulky and oversized for what is already a ridiculously tight space. Platform bed, mattress is thin, has no support and too low to the ground. End tables have no usable surface area for today?s needs. Bathroom sink stayed clogged.
