Location, condition of the room and facility
Location was right in town - easy to get to restaurants/shops. Very spacious room.

Pillows were not comfortable - and I am not normally at all particular about pillows.
Hotel lost track of our reserVation for 2nd and 3rd nightÂ¿sold out with no place to stay.
Something (maybe heater) kept running on & off which of course in December you want ON but the vibration & loundness kept waking me up during the night. This was a two bedroom & the unit seemed located right underneath, in the kitchen ceiling area.

You can NOT beat the location. Walking distance to everything. Safe off street parking but at a cost.
