Pros +

Location location location. It was a brief walk to the wharf. Also love that it is an historic building. Love the neighborhood. This was our 2nd time staying at the Cleveland Inn; we were here 5 years ago.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming. My wife was 7 months pregnant and he changed our room to the first floor and also a bigger room to accommodate her. Room was nice and clean. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.
The staff was great, we arrived early to go to the St.paddyÂ¿s day parade and they helped right away with parking . they even let us check in super early as my wife needed to use the rest room. Very friendly and helpful. I will stay again for sure.

Cons -

I found the carpeting around the inn was outdated and because I have asthma it caught me off guard. Other than that, it was cute.
Two issues. Too many stairs. 6 steps to get to entry. If I hadn't talked to owner I never would have been able to get up or down stairs. After talking, we got a first floor room. Secondly, the jacuzzi tub would have been nice if we could have gotten int

The staff was great, we arrived early to go to the St.paddyÂ¿s day parade and they helped right away with parking . they even let us check in super early as my wife needed to use the rest room. Very friendly and helpful. I will stay again for sure.

The location of the hotel was great. I think the room we were moved to was great because it was more secluded.
