- The king bed felt like a fold out couch mattress. Hard to sleep on

- Very poor Free Breakfast, if you aren?t a fan of a hot waffle, Nothing else warm. No eggs, no bacon, no home fries, no sausage,
- Carpet is really old and doesn't look clean
- I had a handicapped accessible room - which is very poorly done, and frankly not finished. No drain plug in shower; no hand held shower wand and wall wand is built in and too low; sink about to fall off; no room coffee; VERY NOISY!;poor tv quality
