- Lil at the front desk was very helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to accommodate our family.
- Breakfast was awesome each day. Front desk very helpful.
- My reservation did not exist when I showed up to the hotel. The hotel had no roomas available. This is not the hotels fault its booking.coms mix up.
Cons -
- One elevator wasn't working on Sat and Sun.Grandkids couldn't go in pool, heater not working.Disappointed that rooms weren't made up everyday. Had to ask for fresh towels.Bed was uncomfortable.Bathroom door doesn't fully close. Not a good setup for privacy.For a handicap accessible bathroom, there was no walk- in shower or bench seat in tub
