Staff cheerful and attentive. Rooms were clean and spacious!

Cons -

Newly renovated areas do not have carpeting. You will hear your upstairs neighbor ALL NIGHT LONG.
One staff member did not follow up on our requests for toiletries and we ended up not having any shampoo or conditioner by the end of 8 day stay. The Continental breakfast was really limited and opted to eat it once in 8 days.

Several of the staff members had great customer service. The convenience of a Continental breakfast, indoor pool, and location to family brought us there.

One staff member did not follow up on our requests for toiletries and we ended up not having any shampoo or conditioner by the end of 8 day stay. The Continental breakfast was really limited and opted to eat it once in 8 days.
