Hampton Inn By Hilton Pittsburgh/West Mifflin

My stay is fantastic and it usually is the upgrades that they have done to this hotel are great.

My only real complaint is that as far as like television services they don’t really have much to offer that would be my only negative thing.

Facility partially under construction, which we didn't know about, or we would not have paid the asking price to stay. Staff is excellent, professional, accommodating. Usual, basic breakfast fare, heated omelletes, sausage, make-your-own waffles, assorted baked goods, oatmeal.

No advance notification of active renoivations. Dated decor, with evident 'stains' on furniture and light fixtures.

Great place! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Room felt homey and was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice-sized bathroom and shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was tasty.

I had issues with the WIFI when I was in my room. I was working on my iPad, and the internet kept dropping. The business center was small so I asked if I could work in what is usually the breakfast area. They said yes. This fixed the problem.

Location was great

I didn't like that our ceiling had a large leak area not repaired. I hates looking up at a.large brown spot. Not enough room in breakfast area. Had to bring my food to my room to eat.

The location was perfect for our needs. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was great!

Big mix up and my credit card was double charged. Took 3 days til I could speak to the manager (who did correct the mistake). But poor communication on the staffs part on telling me or keeping me informed!! I got an email from my credit card asking me about this charge that's the only way I knew about this!!! And I had to do all the follow up!!

I liked the location. There were lots of great surrounding stores and restaurants near us.The room was clean and neat. The breakfast was very nicely prepared and cooked.

Wifi was extremely slow. The door to our hotel was still stuck. I saw a review from 2 years ago that stated the same. The amount of money the company has coming in there is no reason that door should be in the same state or is this for a meaningful purpose. Help me understand.

The location is good and well lit

There was gross deli meat left in the fridge that stunk up the room, the towels in the bathroom were damp and dirty. The pillows had dirty pillow cases and the WiFi wasn’t working for several hours. Also, the breakfast gets worse each time we visit. Lack of variety.

Hotel was very convenient to visiting my new granddaughter in Dravosburg for 4 days. Multiple options for breakfast from juice, coffee, fruit, cereal, toast, bagels, waffles, yogurts, scrambled eggs & breakfast meats. Staff was friendly and common areas were clean & decorated nicely for the holiday. My room had a king bed with plenty of bedding & towels for bathroom. I would definitely stay at this Hampton Inn again. It’s also pet friendly.

Everything was exceptional and I did not find fault with anything at this property.

All amenities were great and accessible. Staff was friendly and kind.
