Very clean. The breakfast was also very good. Staff were polite and very helpful. It was so close to the hospital. If it wasn't for the rain I would have walked back and forth.
The bed was a little stiff for me but I also like a soft bed. So to each their own. But all in all I would stay again.

Pierre at the front desk was phenomenal! Breakfast was good. All staff we encountered were kind and friendly. The room was very clean.

The breakfast area was neat and tidy and the staff were ALWAYS kind and helpful. My room has clean and comfortable. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER was AMAZING! I felt safe, respected, and happy! The young person that works the evening shift WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! They were SO kind, SO helpful, and SOOO PATIENT! The staff left a POSITIVE impression on me. The next time I come to Pittsburg I'm coming back to this hotel! OH! and the shower was HEAVENLY!

Location, room size, cleanliness
Guests have to pay $25 per night for parking. I didn’t get notified of this until the day I was checking in. I agreed to a price but suddenly had to pay more.

We only spent one night here. We were in town for a family member having an organ transplant. The staff was wonderful. One of the housekeepers overheard that we wouldn't have time for breakfast, and she made us to go bags. She told us we would need food to keep up our strength and get through the long day. She was a bright light in our day. The receptionist was also very personable and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. One of my best hotel experiences!

Excellent location and affordable. Super effective AC as I like the room cool.
Not a dislike but you need to be a practiced parking aficionado to squeeze your vehicle in late in the day.

Bathroom very clean. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Breakfast had a great selection and food was fresh. The staff was friendly. Complimentary coffee throughout the day. Exercise room.
I didn't find anything bad. It was a fine place.
