Great location. Close to the zoo and only about 20 mins from downtown. Lots of food options and stores in walking distance. Great breakfast in the morning and the 2 employees we dealt with were amazing!! Kashore, I believe, checked us in and Christina was there in the morning. They were both so friendly, accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. I know there are minor cosmetic issues that need taken care of at the hotel, but, nothing that affected our stay.
We had no issues at all!

The lady who checked us in was fantastic. Location was perfect.
Breakfast was not great, no juice, not a lot of choices. Room was dirty and needed maintenance. Toilet seat was peeling and had bubbles with pubic hair stuck in it. Toilet paper holder was broken and didn't hold the toilet paper. Scum in tub, mold on shower curtain. AC unit was broken. Mouse poop in bedding of pullout couch. Couch severely stained. Rented a suite, expected more. TV had lines running thru it and barely got any channels.

It's location was perfect for me as I had to head further north for several functions and south to the city for others. It was equidistant to both. It was easy to find. Several chain restaurants in the area. Relatively quiet. The room was exceptionally clean. Plenty of hangers in the open closet as well as an iron that I did not use. There were ample towels and washcloths in the bathroom as well as soap, shampoo, etc. The room had a microwave (I didn't use) and a larger, under counter refrigerator. The free breakfast was more than I had anticipated. Waffles you make yourself, scrambled eggs (I think they were powdered), sausage patties, bagels and breads, yogurt, fruitcups (no fresh fruit), coffee and juices. And, finally, the hotel price was good.
Although the room was clean, it lacked in a few areas. It was difficult to close to drapes. Being on the first floor facing the parking lot and main entrance, I wanted my privacy. I had to reach all the way up to the top to tug and finally get them closed. I'm a tall person, but someone under 6 feet would have had difficulty or would have had to stand on a chair. There were coffee packets, sugar and cream but no coffee maker. The blow dryer in the bathroom had a broken plug and was unusable. The toilet paper holder needed to be tightened as the roll would fall off. The toilet itself took over 20 minutes (or more, I walked away after 20 minutes) to refill. It begs to say that the property needs some maintenance. Would I stay there again? Absolutely!

Breakfast was satisfying. The location is good to get to where you need to go.
It could be a lot cleaner. You should really check behind your TV stands microwaves. Replace the shower heads that don't work properly.

We had a nice family visit and were pleased with the location. Convenient to restaurants, gas stations and the city.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
The building and rooms are in desperate need of renovation. The whole place smelled of stale smoke and weed. It was terrible.

My son and I have stayed at this hotel in the past. It is cheaper than other hotels in the area, which is a plus. Free breakfast is always good.
However, there is a reason it is cheaper. The lobby had a smell to it. While I was being check in, several other staff stood just outside the front desk repeatedly using profanity in their conversation. The room itself smelled. Luckily, I was prepared and brought quilts so neither my son nor I had to sleep under the hotel's blankets. When we got home, I had to wash the quilts twice to get the smell out. The bathroom was filthy. Pain chipping off the ceiling because the exhaust fan didn't work, In both stairwells were old mattresses the hotel was apparently getting rid of just laying there. Definitely a fire hazard should guests have to leave the hotel in a hurry. Speaking of fire hazards, the smoke detector in the room was missing... just a hole in the wall with wires hanging. Should my son and I visit the area again, I will pay the extra and stay somewhere else. It was much worse than I remembered.

Location was excellent
Room was old and room down looking. Bathroom mirrors were hazy, water pressure was so low the toilet had to be flushed multiple times
