- Location to the venue that we were attending, it was walking distance.
- The location was perfect, the valet was wonderful, and the man at the front desk when checking out was friendly and such a gentleman.

Cons -
- Workers need to monitor and manage issues with maintenance. Left issues on a notepad and informed front desk as we were checking out. It's pricey for a stay, I understand that its downtown but during the week I would think it would be a little cheaper
- We had no hot water. The whole hotel was out
- When checking in, the man was very awkward and rather uncomfortable. When asked if there was a pool his response was ¿there is no pool, there¿s never been a pool here.¿ He was just weird, and the rooms were adequate but certainly not worth what I paid.
