Pros +

• I appreciate the amenities offered
• Parking was next to the hotel, and it was a convenient distance to Penns Landing, which was able to take an Uber to the ferry to get to the Freedom Pavillion for a show.
• Front desk staff very helpful

Cons -

• the rooms & the hotel weren't super clean, but the breakfast area was
• The cable was not working, and there were no instructions on how to operate the TV.There also were no passwords given to use the guests' WI-FI. The water smelled like rotten eggs.
• Coffee in the breakfast room was instant, with no hot water available. I had to crack an egg in the refrigerated box to learn if it had been boiled or was raw. (It had been cooked.) The "croissant" was dense and hard, not light, flaky and buttery as it should have been. I would have appreciated a plain yogurt option.For a hotel in City Center, I would have expected some business amenities, such as a printer or a comfortable meeting room. (I had to go to FedEx Office, several blocks away, for a printer, and had to meet with my client and his wife in my room, which had only 2 chairs.)I could not check in before 3. This was stated on the website, but given that I arrived on a Sunday, I reasonably expected accommodation of my earlier time request. The front desk was unattended for long periods, making me nervous about leaving my luggage in an unsecured small room behind a curtain off the lobby.
