They communicate with you and make sure your safe. One time my door was open and I didn't know and front desk made sure to let me know. They also have the cleanest towels and rags around.
Very peaceful and quiet.
Easy assess

Cons -

I asked for king size, they gave me double bed. Also didn't like the walls in the bathroom and the outside of the tub. Doesn't look as if they clean it. Especially the ceiling guck when it steams up is brown...at least in room 220.
I think they need to bleach rooms and definitely wash the blankets or get new ones and definitely bleach bathrooms.
