The young receptionist, very nice!
New. Clean. Well designed. Professional staff. Priced competitively.
Very large rooms & very large bathroom! Large affixed tubes of shampoo, conditioner & soap to shower conveniently located. Jackson's restaurant on the premises had excellent food. Breakfast menu had great food

Cons -

Not familiar being so close to an oil refinery????
Room could have been cleaner, dried food on floor, greasy hand prints all over bathroom door. Even though it states there is a pool it?s at the neighboring property.
There was a fee for breakfast. Spoke detector had a green light that flashed on and off all night making sleep difficult.

Water not hot enough. Refrig in room didn't cool. Settings: 2 hrs or 8 hr. 2 hrs only op; 2nd refrig 8 hrs operation, but both did NOT keep the food cold. Leftovers lost. Garbage at elevators=box full of styrofoam leftovers so issues w/others lost food
