- i didnt have breakfast after the way my room looked and the rude customer service at the front desk

- All of it. The pool was green. Elevators did not work. Furniture was stained. Sinks didn’t drain and toilets continued to run and wouldn’t properly flush. Messed up credit card charges.

- Air conditioning controls in room did not work so could not turn off the noisy fan.Shower curtain fail came off when sliding the curtain.Did tell front desk of these.

i didnt have breakfast after the way my room looked and the rude customer service at the front desk
the rude behavior after trying to overcharge me , the rude tone and attitude from the lady upfront , down to we didnt get to fully check the room after waiting for an about hour to get checked in ,trying to get to a concert . came back showered then time to bed at 2 in the am to pull the sofa bed out with dirty stains on the sheets with leftover used sheets
