Pros +
- The location was great. I liked being able to use the computer in the lobby.
- When we walked in the room initially, it smelled awful, like something died. The desk clerk was rude, uninformative and when I had a complaint about the AC unit not working, she was Snide and Condescending . She would not give us a new room after this . The wifi only worked in the lobby. We went to the pool and it was disgusting and only 4ft deep. It was like a waiting pool with hair and band aids in the drain. It also smelled like rotten eggs . When my son went to go in the pool area, the same desk clerk was rude and yelled at him. He was very uncomfortable. The refrigerator didn't get cold until it was time for us to leave.

- Not a great breakfast.No view due to location.
- The desk clerk had her toddler son with her and was more interested in his well being than ours. We wanted to relocate but she did not accommodate.
- Beds were horrible. Cleanliness and general care of the facility could be improved.
